Elizabeth Rose Langford - Ten Thousand Years

Elizabeth Rose Langford is an artist and pigment maker based in Ibiza. Since 2013, her practice has centred on the systems and histories embedded within natural materials. Drawing colour from local earth and plant matter, she combines traditional pigment-making methods with painting to explore the relationship between landscape, process and perception, revealing overlooked qualities within the materials themselves.
